How to Configure Bookmark and Comment Icons
Configure when bookmark and comment icons are shown.
Procedure
Choose whether icons are always visible or only visible on mouse hover.

Open File → Preferences.

To configure bookmark icons, open Bookmarks.

To configure comment icons, open Comments.

Select one of the display options:

Always display icon

Display icon on mouse hover

Click Apply.

Click Apply and Close.
