How to Save a Model View

Procedure

  • Right-click on the required interactive model or model block and select Save Model View in the context menu displayed.
    Save Model View window is displayed.

  • To the right of the breadcrumb bar, click model_view icon.
    Save Model View window is displayed.

  • Enter the Name and Description for the bookmark.
    The location of the selected topic is displayed in the Location text box.

  • Click Create to save the Model View.
    The model view is saved and can be accessed from the Library view.

When you move the mouse cursor over the bookmark/model view name, the name and description about the bookmark/model view is displayed.

You can save the Function Overviews that contain multiple functions using model view. The created location string will list the names corresponding to those functions. You can assign a name using the Edit…​ feature to modify it.

To show/ hide star icon in the Document Viewer, go to the File menu → Preferences…​.→ Bookmarks and select the required checkbox.
